Air combat training is a crucial aspect of military aviation, designed to hone the skills and tactics of fighter pilots.

Our instructor pilots and air warfare domain specialists provide Aircrew training instruction for F-35A Joint Strike Fighter, F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler capabilities. Milskil also develop turn-key training solutions ranging from Lead-In Fighter to Fighter Weapons courses and also direct support to flight simulator accreditation and certification.

Training exercises simulate real-world aerial engagements, preparing pilots to operate effectively in combat scenarios. Through our rigorous training programs, pilots learn advanced manoeuvres, tactics, and weapon systems operation. Additionally, they develop situational awareness and decision-making skills crucial for success in air-to-air combat. Milskil have exclusively teamed with Top Aces to bring Advanced Adversary Air capabilities to Australia.  Top Aces is the world leader in contracted adversary air support with the largest aggressor aircraft fleet and the sole commercial operator of the F16 Advanced Aggressor Fighter. The partnership will leverage Milskil’s extensive ADF air combat training experience and Top Aces global ADAIR expertise to provide the safest and most technically advanced, sovereign-based 5th Generation training solution for the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and its partners.

Milskil have exclusively teamed with Top Aces to bring advanced CAS and JTAC training capabilities to Australia.  Top Aces wholly owned subsidiary Blue Air Training is a world leader in contracted CAS and JTAC training with a large fleet of CAS aircraft capable of simulating both CAS and fast jet platforms and able to conduct live ordnance deliveries, both day and night.  The partnership will leverage Milskil’s extensive ADF training experience and Blue Air Training’s expertise to establish an Australia-based solution for JTAC and Joint Fires training.

LVC (Live, Virtual, and Constructive) training, is a cutting-edge approach used in military training and operations. Integrating real-world elements, computer-generated simulations, and simulated entities, to create highly immersive and realistic training environments. It allows military personnel to train in complex scenarios that closely resemble actual combat situations while minimising risks and costs associated with live exercises. LVC enables trainees to practice coordination, decision-making, and tactics across various domains, including air, land, and sea.

Our instructor pilots and air warfare domain specialists design, development and runtime execution of synthetic high-end air combat training. The team develops turn-key synthetic systems supporting air combat mission rehearsal and evaluation.
