Milskil Brings Australian Aircrew Training & Air Warfare Expertise to Poland at MSPO 2026
Kielce, Poland, September 2026 – Milskil exhibited at the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO 2026) in Kielce, Poland, from 8 to 11 September, on the Australian Pavilion hosted by Austrade and Team Defence Australia. A record 1,200 exhibitors from 43 countries took part, with the event centred on military modernisation, advanced defence technologies and international cooperation.
MSPO is one of Europe’s largest and most influential defence exhibitions. This year the air domain was hard to miss. European air forces are bringing fifth-generation aircraft into service, expanding lead-in fighter fleets and fielding uncrewed systems at a pace few predicted five years ago. Each of those shifts creates the same problem: the platforms arrive faster than the trained aircrew, controllers and instructors needed to operate them.
Milskil is solving that on the global scale. Our team is built from former fighter pilots, weapons instructors, maintenance experts, air mission specialists, fighter controllers and intelligence experts who now deliver air domain training and operational support alongside the Royal Australian Air Force. That covers fifth-generation training, air combat training and operational support, exercise control, maintenance training and the courseware and simulation that sit behind them. We train people to operate and win in contested air warfare environments.
Milskil has been speaking with a number of European Nations, and what is clear is the growth of crewed and uncrewed systems, operating in isolation and collaboratively. Aircrew will direct and depend on these integrated systems, and controllers will manage airspace shared by both.
As a 100% Australian-owned company, Milskil used the four trade days to meet with defence forces, industry partners and government representatives on how Australian air warfare training experience can support allies and partner nations as they modernise. MSPO 2026 confirmed that the demand for proven, operationally grounded aircrew training is growing, and Milskil intends to meet it.
