We are seeking an experienced ex-military Air Battle Manager (ABM) or Fighter Controller (FC) to join our F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler training team, located at RAAF Base Amberley, QLD.
The Milskil Air Combat Training Support Services team manages and provides key elements of the Super Hornet and Growler training systems with a focus on simulation systems, mission support, training operations, courseware development and quality governance.
In the past, you have:
held a relevant Air Battle Manager (ABM) or Fighter Controller (FC) qualification (essential);
completed an Air Warfare Instructors Course (AWIC) or held a B-cat qualification as a Battle Director (BD), or equivalent (highly desirable);
had experience in operating multiple command and control systems (desirable); and,
gained qualification as an ABM Instructor or Qualified Aviation Instructor (desirable).
You will need to:
be an Australian Citizen;
have the ability to gain and maintain a high-level security clearance (NV2);
be passionate about working with world class fast jet aircrew; and
excel working in a team environment with like-minded professionals.

Milskil has teamed with Lockheed Martin Australia to deliver a range of F-35A Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) training services at the RAAF Williamtown JSF Integrated Training Centre, NSW and RAAF Tindal, NT.

We are expanding our training team at Williamtown and are seeking Instructor Pilots for immediate start to deliver JSF pilot training to RAAF.
Essential Background and Skills include:
RAAF qualifications or AWI, FCI, QFI, OFI or US military equivalents of Weapons Officer or Instructor Pilot
4th or 5th generation fast-jet experience and qualifications
You will also need:
To be an Australian or US citizen
Ability to gain or regain the relevant security clearances (through Milskil)
A desire to contribute to the development and expansion of Australia’s 5th Generation Air Combat Capabilities
A desire to live in one of the most family friendly locations in Australia

AIR BATTLE MANAGERS
Milskil has secured long term contracts in Air Combat Training and related disciplines and is currently in a period of growth. We are seeking expressions of interest from Air Battle Management (ABM) Specialists with experience operating airborne, seaborne or ground-based mission systems to fill a number of existing and emerging roles, including:
Training Management Specialists,
Air Battle Management Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and
Air Battle Management Instructors.
Australian citizen (or willingness to obtain Australian citizenship),
Ability to satisfy Australian Government Security Vetting Agency Clearance requirements,
Experience operating ABM systems within the Australian Defence Force, or allied military force.
Hold a relevant ABM instructor qualification,
Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment,
A weapons officer course graduate,
Experience operating in coalition operations and/or exercises.
